[Get a Free Quote](/contact) [07368 993152](tel:+447368993152) ## About us Pioneer Gas Services is registered in Scotland under company number SC698672, at Old Tower Rd, Cumbernauld, Glasgow G68 9GE. We are Gas Safe registered under number 674090 and hold £5,000,000 public liability insurance. These terms apply to all work we quote for and carry out unless we have agreed something different with you in writing. ## Quotations Quotes are free and issued in writing, normally the same day. A quote covers the work described in it and the materials specified. If we find something on site that was not visible or disclosed at the time of quoting, we will explain it and agree any change with you before carrying it out. Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude VAT unless the quote says otherwise. ## Pricing and payment Annual boiler servicing is charged at a fixed £70 + VAT. Repairs are charged on attendance, with no separate call-out fee added on top. Installation work may require a deposit towards materials, which will be set out in the quote. The balance is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. Ownership of any materials supplied passes to you once payment has been received in full. ## Appointments and access We will agree a date and arrival window with you. Please make sure we have safe access to the appliance, the gas meter and the water supply, and that the area is reasonably clear. If we cannot gain access at the agreed time, or the appointment is cancelled at short notice, we may charge for the time reserved. ## Warranties and guarantees New boilers carry the manufacturer's warranty. As a Baxi approved installer we can offer warranties from 2 up to 12 years depending on the appliance and the property; the length applicable to your installation will be confirmed in your quote and registered on completion. Manufacturer warranties normally require the appliance to be serviced annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Warranties do not cover damage caused by system contamination, lack of servicing, third-party interference or issues outside the appliance itself. We stand behind our own workmanship. If something we have installed or repaired fails because of how it was fitted, tell us and we will put it right. ## Existing systems We are responsible for the work we carry out. We cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or the age and condition of pipework, radiators or fittings we have not been asked to replace, though we will always tell you when we see a problem. ## Landlord certificates Landlord gas safety records (CP12 / LGSR) are issued once every appliance covered has been tested. Where an appliance is unsafe it will be classified and, where required, disconnected in line with Gas Safe procedures. Access to tenanted properties remains the landlord's responsibility, though we are happy to arrange it directly with tenants. ## Cancellation Where you are a consumer and the contract was agreed away from our business premises, you have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to begin work within that period and then cancel, we may charge for the work already carried out and materials already supplied. ## Complaints If something is not right, contact us on 07368 993152 or at info@pioneergasservices.co.uk.
